1. After the promotional period, the monthly service cost is the original plan rate.

1. Available to customers who are ordering a fibre upgrade in an eligible nbn^® location where nbn^® is offering a change of technology upgrade from Fibre to the Node (FTTN) or Fibre to the Curb (FTTC) to Fibre to the Premises (FTTP).

2. The price listed on the free fibre upgrade page is the monthly price you will pay including any and all discounts, offers and promotions. It does not include any additional fees outlined in the billing section of your plan’s Critical Information Summary for non-payment of your monthly invoice or for service extras.

3. Services with a change of technology upgrade from Fibre to the Node (FTTN) or Fibre to the Curb (FTTC) connection from 3rd July 2024 to 23rd March 2026 must order a plan which has a download speed of 100Mbps or greater.

4. After the promotional period, the monthly service cost will automatically switch to the non-promotional pricing for the chosen plan, unless other promotions are applied by Leaptel.

5. If you downgrade the speed of your Fibre Upgrade Promotion plan your Fibre Upgrade Promotion pricing will no longer apply.

6. Promotion does not automatically transfer if ownership of the service is changed to another Leaptel customer.
