    • Blakes Crossing estate – Blakeview SA – Some customers may be experiencing slow speeds due to capacity constraints on the Opticomm network. Opticomm advises upgrades should rectify this issue by 09/11/2017.
    • The Hermitage estate – Gledswood Hills NSW – A small cluster of customers have been experiencing intermittent speed issues. Leaptel and Opticomm are investigating to determine the cause and necessary resolution for this issue.
    • Craigieburn estate – Craigieburn VIC – Some customers may be experiencing slow speeds due to capacity constraints on the Opticomm network. Opticomm advises upgrades should rectify this issue by 17/11/2017.
    • Curlewis Park – Drysdale VIC – Some customers may be experiencing slow speeds due to capacity constraints on the Opticomm network. We are coordinating with Opticomm for an estimated date of resolution.
    • Atherstone – Melton South VIC – Some customers may be experiencing slow speeds due to capacity constraints on the Opticomm network. We are coordinating with Opticomm for an estimated date of resolution.

Upcoming Maintenance:

ADSL & NBN –  Sun, 22. October 00.00-06.00 – A planned software upgrade with our carrier will affect all ADSL and most NBN customers during the advised window. Expected outage duration is up to 60 minutes.

Opticomm Maintenance:

  • Zeally Sands, VIC – Fri, 20. October 2017 07.00-12.00 – Urgent maintenance – OptiComm advises that there will be two interruptions of up to 5 minutes each for all services during the time frame provided.
  • Grand Lakes, VIC – Mon, 23. October 2017 23.00 to Tue, 24. October 2017 07.00 – Opticomm advises there will be planned maintenance carried out on their Exchange backhaul which will impact internet and phone services for up to 8 hours during the specified times.
  • Burwood, VIC – Tue, 24. October 2017 09.00-12.00 – OptiComm advisesthat there will be planned maintenance that will affect all services for a duration of up to 1 hour during the time frame advised.
  • Lochiel Park – Campbelltown SA – Tue, 31. Octover 2017 09:30am-12:30pm – OptiComm advises that there will be planned maintenance that will affect all services for some residents on the following streets: Hobbs Drive, Lochiel Parkway, Riverbank Circuit, Mundy Mews, Treloar Court, Beckwith Nook, Jacobs Lane, Rapid Avenue, Rozells Avenue, Francis Street, Proclamation Avenue, William Terrace, Kingston Parade, The Strand, Eton Road, City View Boulevard, Fosters Road, Neale Lane and Light Terrace. This will be for a duration of up to 1 hour during the time frame advised.
  • Middleton Grange, NSW Tue, 31. October 2017 23.00 to Wed, 1. November 2017 06.00 – OptiComm advises there will be planned maintenance carried out by our backhaul provider. This will impact internet and phone services for up to 10 minutes during the outage window.
  • Parkbridge, NSW, Fri, 3. November 2017 23.00 to Sat, 4. November 2017 07.00 – OptiComm advises there will be planned maintenance carried out on our Exchange backhaul which will impact internet and phone services for up to 6 hours during the specified times.
