Internet and phone services connected to our Sydney data centre will be offline due to essential core network upgrades. As part of this work we will be installing a new core network to ensure our network has sufficient capacity for ongoing growth.

Our team anticipates the work will take approximately 4 hours, but in the event of unforseen events the entire outage window may be utilised.

This work is being scheduled during this time window to minimise customer disruption.
