22/09/2021 - 00:00 - 04:00hrs - Customers in NSW & ACT will experience an outage impacting both internet and phone services due to work being carried out in our Sydney data centre. This work is expected to take 2 hours but the entire window may be utilised if necessary.

We are undertaking this work between midnight and 4am to minimise interruption to as many customers as possible.

This work is to further upgrade the capabilities of our network and ensure ongoing reliability.
