OptiComm advises there will be urgent planned works to relocate Opticomm fibre cable in event of major works in Jordan Springs East, NSW.
This will impact Internet, TV and phone services for up to 5 hours for residents in Jordan Spring East only during the outage window

Some customers in NSW are presently offline due to an issue with the LBNCo network. We have confirmed outages in the following locations:
Wolli Creek, Pentrith, Pagewood, Moorebank, Lidcombe, Canterbury, Belmore, Ashefield, Miranda, Dulwich Hill, Constitution Point.
We are coordinating with LBNCo to determine the cause of this outage and will provide further updates as they become available.
[Update 10:45] All offline LBNCo estates have reconnected to our network. If you're still experiencing difficulties with your internet please power off your router and power it back on. If the problem persists please contact our support team.
