10/12/2019 - 00:00-09:00 - Opticomm advises that it will be carrying out planned maintenance starting at 00:00 on 10/12/2019 that will affect all Opticomm customers in NSW & ACT. This work is to upgrade core network equipment used to deliver Opticomm services in NSW & ACT. Opticomm advises that 90% of services will be restored by 03:00 with the remaining progressively restored over the course of the outage window. The remaining services are expected to be returned by 06:00.
