To get you upgraded to FTTP, To get your service connected, you will need to choose your preferred date and time for the technician to attend your property. Choose from one of the options below, and we’ll send you an email to confirm your booking details, along with important information about your site visit.

Please note: for all Redtrain, ASN Telecom, Frontier and Lynham Networks (Lightning) services your order will take up to 1 – 2 business days to process, so connection date may vary. You will receive a confirmation email and text message when your service is activated.
